ABOUT THE ORIGIN
The state of Paraná is located in the southern reaches of Brazil, sharing a western border with Paraguay. Many families in the region count more than one hundred working in the coffee industry. Paraná's Northern region presents favorable conditions for specialty coffee cultivation. The ideal climate with annual average temperatures between 19-22 ° C, combined with altitudes between 500-900 masl and latitude ranging from 23-24 ° S, provides for a longer period between flowering and maturation, which allows for a more intense development of flavor attributes such as intense sweetness, body balance, and pleasant citrus acidity. The aroma characteristics present a range of chocolate, caramel, citrus, and floral notes.
